Election operations, made accountable

Know what actually happened at every polling unit.

Nothing Gets Lost.

Custody is the platform Nigerian political parties, campaigns, and election observers use to capture what their own agents see in the field, and prove afterward that it wasn't altered.

The problem

The field is distributed. The record of it shouldn't be.

Calls, chats, paper notes, and spreadsheets create noise exactly when a team needs clarity.

Custody turns a human field network into a disciplined operating layer, with coverage, provenance, review, and ownership built in.

The operating layer

From readiness to responsible action.

Coordinate the field

Enrol agents, assign duties, and see exactly who owes what before election day.

Capture structured reports

App, SMS, voice, or paper (every submission carries time, place, and an owner.

Review with a paper trail

Every result and report moves through review states you can show your name to.

The next move

Build the operation you can stand behind.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

The questions every organization asks before bringing their field agents onto Custody, answered plainly.

Who is Custody actually built for?

Political parties, campaigns, and civil-society election-observer organizations coordinating their own field agents, not individual voters or the general public. Agents are registered and enrolled directly by their own organization's admin team, never by us.

How does a field agent report if the network is bad?

The field app is built to work offline first and sync when a connection returns. Where a data connection isn't available at all, the same reporting can happen by SMS, voice, or paper collated by your ward desk. App, SMS, voice, and paper all feed the same pipeline, and every submission carries a time, a place, and an owner.

How do we know a report hasn't been quietly changed?

Every significant action, who created what, who changed what, who saw what, is written to a hash-chained audit log that proves whether it's been tampered with after the fact. Multi-tenant by design, so your organization's data stays isolated from every other client on the platform too.

What does it cost?

Pricing is scoped to your organization: the number of field agents, the number of locations, and the length of your engagement. There's no fixed public price list, reach out through the contact page and we'll walk you through it directly.

Can we see the platform before committing?

Yes. Try it live walks you through an interactive preview, and How it works covers the full step-by-step walkthrough of the process, both reachable from this page's navigation, no sign-up required.

How do we actually get started?

Talk to us through the contact page. We scope your organization's setup, onboard your team directly, and get your field agents enrolled, there's no self-serve signup for a deployment like this.

Can individual voters or the public submit anything?

No. Custody is not built for individual voters or the general public to submit anything. Agents are registered and enrolled directly by their own organization's admin team, never by us, so every submission traces back to a known, vetted agent.

Custody.

Nothing Gets Lost.

The platform Nigerian political parties, campaigns, and election observers use to capture what their own agents see in the field.

Not official election results infrastructure.

Custody is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) or the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Nigerian flag appears as a recurring watermark across the platform, and a separate original mark inspired by the form of Nigeria's coat of arms appears on the Security and integrity page; neither is the official coat of arms, an official seal, or government insignia, and neither implies endorsement.
